Quanah - Enough is enough!
Tricon Enterprise was supposed to be better under Aaron Jennings, not getting progressively worse. When Mark Beasley was terminated, Aaron Jennings was thrust into the lead role as CEO of Tricon Enterprise. However, with company morale taking a huge dive and citizens of Quanah furious over job cuts at the big company, trouble is brewing on the horizon. Now, revelations are being reported by the advisory board under Aaron Jennings that Frank Beasley may have embezzled company profits for his own personal gain are starting to rumble through the community. Just last week, Aaron Jennings had to make a public press conference apologizing publicly for Frank ignoring safety concerns that led to the 1991 accident that took the life of Ron Dexter and another man. Even worse, they have now admitted to a breach of contract with Canada Western Oil in Edmonton.
CEO Aaron Jennings announced this week that Tricon Enterprise would repay Canada Western Oil for the breach of contract over a land dispute while under the leadership of Frank Beasley. Tricon Enterprise announced that under Frank, they failed to administer the correct safety procedures that could have prevented the deadly 1991 accident. In a time of turbulence, it only seems to be getting worse by the day. Tricon is now under a pending lawsuit, after Chief Marketing Manager, Aramou Diallou crashed his Lincoln Town Car into an oncoming Sedan with a young boy being injured. And former Chief Marketing Manager Bobby Sanders was relieved for a man who seems to have the intelligence of a third grader. New Human Resources Manager, Felipe Crespo, is despised by most who work at Tricon. His decisions of hiring are questionable at best. This was supposed to be a happy time for the big company.
CEO Aaron Jennings has what it takes to lead, at least so I thought. The again, Mark's big mouth set him back quite a few steps, so in all fairness it's not all his fault. But it's not all bad for Mr. Jennings. Aaron's engaged now to Julie Matheson, the former fiancée of Mark Beasley. That I find somewhat interesting. Julie Matheson was the girl everyone wanted to be with at Quanah just a few years ago. Granted she chose wisely in Mark at the time. His father ran the best company in town and he seemed to have a bright future. Now, we come to find out that maybe Frank had a lot more money because of some shady activities. Mark was a complete and total failure, and at least the young girl seemed to make the right choice in leaving Mark Beasley on a whim for his best friend. But one has to wonder, maybe Aaron's so enamored with his upcoming wedding next year that he's lost sight of what needs to be done now. Hopefully he'll make sure that all allegations are investigated thoroughly and fairly. If Tricon is guilty, they must pay. If Frank embezzled money from Tricon, his legendary status must be removed. If indeed he ignored safety concerns and Ronald Dexter died as a result of his negligence, then the company should pay his only surviving son, Jeff, the fair amount to make up for the tragedy.
Something has to give, Tricon is starting to falter and he needs to right the ship - and in a hurry.
